Procedures and Guidelines. The LPDC shall amend procedures and guidelines as deemed necessary. Proposed amendments shall be read one meeting prior to a vote at the next meeting. The LPDC guidelines, operating procedures and forms shall be submitted to the Board of Education and the exclusive bargaining representative. The LPDC will review and consider all comments, but the final decision shall be made by the LPDC.
