Procedures and Processes. The Provider will: a. notify BC Housing in writing immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of privacy or security involving the unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure or disposal of information relating to its obligations under this Agreement; b. if the Information Management Act (British Columbia) applies to the destruction of Records, notify BC Housing for consultation prior to the destruction; and c. cooperate with BC Housing when BC Housing has a request under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia) to which Records in the Provider’s custody apply, by locating and disclosing the relevant Records as directed by BC Housing upon notice and without delay.
