PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS. 17.1 If requested by the Co-ordinating Commissioner or the Provider, the Co-ordinating Commissioner or the Provider (as the case may be) shall within 5 Operational Days of receipt of the request send or make available to the Co-ordinating Commissioner or the Provider (as applicable) copies of any Services guide or other written policy, procedure or protocol implemented by the Co-ordinating Commissioner or Provider (as applicable). 17.2 The Co-ordinating Commissioner shall notify the Provider and the Provider shall notify the Co-ordinating Commissioner of any material changes to any items it has disclosed under clause 17.1.
