PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS. 17.1 If requested by the Co-ordinating Commissioner, the Provider shall within 5 Operational Days of receipt of the request send or make available to the Co- ordinating Commissioner copies of any Services guide or other written policy, procedure or protocol implemented by the Provider. 17.2 The Provider shall notify the Co-ordinating Commissioner of any material changes to any items disclosed under clause 17.1. 17.3 If requested by the Provider, the Co-ordinating Commissioner shall within 5 Operational Days of receipt of the request send or make available to the Provider copies of any Services guide or other written procedure or protocol implemented by the Co-ordinating Commissioner. 17.4 The Co-ordinating Commissioner shall notify the Provider of any material changes to any items disclosed under clause 17.3.
