Procedures for Borrowing Clause Samples

The Procedures for Borrowing clause outlines the specific steps and requirements a borrower must follow to request and obtain funds under a loan agreement. Typically, this includes details such as the form and timing of borrowing requests, any necessary supporting documentation, and the conditions that must be met before funds are disbursed.
