Procedures for Collective Bargaining. 10.1 Either party may, not less than 60 days and not more than 120 days preceding the expiry of the term of the collective agreement, require the other party to commence collective bargaining for the purpose of renewing or revising the collective agreement. This Collective Agreement shall remain in effect up to and including the expiry date set out in the Agreement, and from year to year thereafter until a replacement Agreement is established.
