Procedures for Coordination Sample Clauses

The Procedures for Coordination clause establishes the methods and protocols by which parties will communicate, share information, and collaborate throughout the duration of their agreement. Typically, this clause outlines regular meeting schedules, identifies points of contact, and specifies how updates or changes will be communicated between parties. By setting clear expectations for coordination, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures timely information exchange, and facilitates smooth project execution.
