Procedures for Meetings. All Executive Board meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Rules of Order and such other procedures and regulations adopted by the Executive Board or specified in these Bylaws. The Illinois Open Meetings Act as amended shall take precedence over any provisions herein which are in conflict with said Act.
