Class Members who have not opted out of 18 the Class Settlement (i.e., Settlement Class Members) may object to the Settlement by submitting a 19 timely and complete Notice of Objection to the Settlement Administrator, by mail, on or before the 20 Response Deadline. The Notice of Objection must be signed by the Settlement Class Member and 21 contain all information required by this Settlement Agreement. The postmark date will be deemed the 22 exclusive means for determining that the Notice of Objection is timely. At no time will any of the 23 Parties or their counsel seek to solicit or otherwise encourage Settlement Class Members to object to 24 the Class Settlement or appeal from the Final Approval Order and Judgment. Settlement Class Members 25 may also appear in person to present their objection orally at the Final Approval Hearing, whether or 26 not they have submitted a Notice of Objection.
