Procedures for review Clause Samples

The "Procedures for review" clause outlines the steps and requirements for evaluating and assessing certain actions, documents, or performance under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for conducting the review, the timeline for completion, and the criteria or standards to be applied. For example, it may require periodic assessments of project progress or the submission of reports for approval. Its core practical function is to ensure that there is a clear, structured process for oversight and quality control, thereby reducing misunderstandings and helping to identify and address issues promptly.
