Complete and sign the Subscription Agreement form, then deliver the completed Subscription Agreement via e-mail to: ▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. •Dalmore will review all subscription agreements completed by investors. (Dalmore will generally review all subscription agreements on the same day, but not later than the day after the submission of the subscription agreement.) •If the subscription agreement is not complete or there is other missing or incomplete information, we will not accept the subscription agreement until the investor provides all required information. •Once ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines that the subscription agreement is properly completed, we will accept and countersign the subscription agreement.
