Procedures Related to Work Orders. Except as otherwise provided herein, the performance of any services to be performed by Consultant (the "Services") shall be set forth in written work orders executed by the parties from time to time substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes (as amended, modified or supplemented by any applicable Change Orders (defined below), the "Work Orders"). Such Work Orders will be consecutively numbered.
