Procedures to Satisfy Goals. Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall attempt to satisfy the goal set forth in Section 10.1.C.1 by (i) assigning current crew members to perform Covered Work; (ii) following the steps set forth in Sections 7.5.B, and 10.1.C.2; and (iii) if the goal is not satisfied after following such steps, considering qualifying workers available from other sources. Prime Contractors and Subcontractors that follow these procedures in good faith and with concerted efforts to identify and retain apprentices shall not be considered in non- compliance for failure to meet the goal set forth in Section 10.1.C.1.
