Common use of Proceeding Deadline Clause in Contracts

Proceeding Deadline. Unless specifically agreed upon by the parties, the proceeding shall be completed within a period of not longer than 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the date of composition of the full Tribunal. In special conditions where the dispute is of a highly complex nature, the Tribunal shall be empowered to extend the deadline upon notice to the parties.
