Common use of Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory. All proceedings, corporate or other, to be taken by Sellers in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all agreements, instruments, and other documents incident thereto, including, but not limited to the Transaction Documents shall be executed and delivered by the parties thereto on the Closing Date and be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Sellers.
