Proceedings at the Interview Meeting Sample Clauses

The "Proceedings at the Interview Meeting" clause defines the rules and procedures governing how an interview meeting is conducted between the parties. It typically outlines who may attend, the order of presentations or questioning, and any protocols for recording or documenting the meeting. For example, it may specify that only designated representatives can participate or that minutes must be taken and approved by both sides. This clause ensures that the interview process is orderly, transparent, and fair, minimizing misunderstandings and disputes about what occurred during the meeting.
