Common use of Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc Clause in Contracts

Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Advance Date and all documents relating thereto (the form of which was not previously approved pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and its counsel, and Information Agent and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents as Information Agent, its counsel and each Participant or its counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith (with sufficient copies for Administrative Agent to distribute to Certificate Trustee, Information Agent and each Participant).
