Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Advance Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Agent and counsel to the Participants, and Agent and counsel to the Participants shall have received copies of such documents as Agent or such counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith (with sufficient copies for Agent to distribute to Lessor and all Participants), all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and such counsel.
