PROCEEDS OF SALES. The proceeds of any sale made under or by virtue of this Article III, together with all other sums which then may be held by Lender under this Security Deed, whether under the provisions of this Article III or otherwise, shall be applied as follows: (A) To the payment of the costs, fees and expenses of sale and of any judicial proceedings wherein the same may be made, including the cost of evidence of title in connection with the sale, compensation to Lender, and to the payment of all expenses (including reasonable attorneys' and paralegals fees and costs), liabilities and advances made or incurred by Lender under this Security Deed, together with interest on all advances made by Lender at the interest rate applicable under the Note, but limited to any maximum rate permitted by law to be charged by Lender; (B) To the payment of any and all sums expended by Lender under the terms hereof, not then repaid, with accrued interest at the Default Rate set forth in the Note, and all other sums (except advances of principal and interest thereon) required to be paid by Borrower pursuant to any provisions of this Security Deed, or the Note, or any note evidencing any Future Advance, or any of the Related Agreements, including, without limitation, all expenses, liabilities and advances made or incurred by Lender under this Security Deed or in connection with the enforcement thereof, together with interest thereon as herein provided; and (C) To the payment of the entire amount then due, owing or unpaid for principal and interest upon the Note, any notes evidencing any Future Advance, and any other obligation secured hereby, with interest on the unpaid principal at the rate set forth therein from the date of advancement thereof until the same is paid in full; and then (D) The remainder, if any, to the person or persons, including Borrower, legally entitled thereto.
PROCEEDS OF SALES. The proceeds of any sale under this Mortgage shall be applied in the following manner: (a) First, to payment of the costs and expenses of the sale, including but not limited to the Mortgagee’s reasonable fees, legal fees and disbursements, title charges and transfer taxes, and payment of all expenses, liabilities and advances of the Mortgagee, together with interest at the Default Rate on all advances made by the Mortgagee; (b) Second, to payment of all sums expended by the Mortgagee under the terms of this Mortgage and not yet repaid, together with interest on such sums at the Default Rate; (c) Third, to payment of the Obligations, including interest on the unpaid principal and interest due under the Note from the due date thereof, in any order that the Mortgagee chooses; and (d) Fourth, the remainder, if any, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto as directed by a court of competent jurisdiction.

PROCEEDS OF SALES. Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. will pay to mCig, Inc. the amount Net 10 days of the date of delivery to Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. of the mCig Products. In the event of a failure to not provide payment, Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. agrees to a lien on all mCig Products held by Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. until such payment is met.

PROCEEDS OF SALES. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will pay to Montana Health a commission on the sales proceeds for marketing the RHealth Advisor product and supporting services in cases where Montana Health is involved in marketing the product and introduces ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Health to complete the licensing arrangement with the customer. The commission rate for each individual sales opportunity will be added as an addendum to this agreement. Commissions will likewise be paid on second tier sales generated from referrals of customers from Montana Health and will be added as an addendum to this agreement. This commission will be paid for sales processed and closed directly by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ resulting from marketing efforts of Montana Health, where Montana Health is not involved in the delivery or support of the RHealth Advisor product. Licenses of RHealth Advisor engaged through Montana Health, with their assistance in delivery or support of the product, will not include a commission but will fall under the direction of Section VIII — Revenue Sharing.
PROCEEDS OF SALES. The HSH Shop will pay to the consignor a portion of the sales proceeds which shall be calculated as set out in item XVI. The amount determined shall be paid to the consignor in monthly installment(s) on or before the tenth day of the month, following the month that the agreement was signed. i.e. agreement signed in September, the first installment is due on or before October 10th, etc.

PROCEEDS OF SALES. Peak Sports will pay to Consignor a portion of the sales proceeds from items consigned at Peak Sports which shall be calculated as follows: 40%=Sale price of $0-$124.99, 50%= Sale price of $125.00-$249.99, 60%= Sale price of $250.00-$499.99, 70%= Sale Price of $500.00-$999.99, 80%=Sale Price of $1000 and above. Payment to the Consignor for sold items will be available by check ($10.00 minimum) no earlier than thirty days following the sale. If requested, a check may be mailed for an additional $1.50 fee. If a replacement check must be issued for any reason, the Consignor will pay the Bank’s Stop-Payment Fee (currently $31.00), which may be deducted from Consignor’s proceeds. If the Consignor elects to choose store credit in lieu of a check payout, the Consignor’s percentage will increase by 10% for each sales price level if subsequently purchasing consignments store goods only. Store credit is available to the Consignor immediately after the sale of BICYCLE and may be used on any new or used item or service offered by Peak Sports.
PROCEEDS OF SALES. 14.1 EHL intends, but is not obligated, to distribute and sell the Joing Content and is solely responsible for decision to sell or otherwise. 14.2 If EHL sells Joint Content, EHL will do so under the terms agreed upon in this Agreement. 14.3 If there are proceeds received by EHL and generated by sale of Filmed Courses and only Filmed Courses, directly or by subscription, then EHL will deliver to THE PRESENTER a 50% percentage of the gross proceeds after deduction of financial transaction costs of the each sale of the Filmed Course, as per in Annex 1, within ninety (90) days of receipt of the proceeds of the sale. 14.4 EHL guarantees payment to THE PRESENTER for each Filmed Course as per in Annex 1 14.5 THE PRESENTER has no rights implied or otherwise in the net proceeds of the sales of other filmed courses or recordings and is entitled only to a portion of the net proceeds for Filmed Courses pursuant to this Agreement and described herein. 14.6 EHL will report any and all sales of the Filmed Course to THE PRESENTER at the time THE PRESENTER is paid pursuant to this paragraph. 14.7 THE PRESENTER has no right to information about other EHL’s sales or other financial information. 14.8 In the event that THE PRESENTER receives any proceeds from the sale and distribution of the Filmed Courses on THE PRESENTER’s website, THE PRESENTER will deliver to EHL a percentage of the gross proceeds after deduction of financial transaction costs of each sale of the Filmed Content, as per Annex 1, within ninety (90) days of receipt of the proceeds of the sale.
