Process and Product Clause Samples

The "Process and Product" clause defines the standards and requirements for both the methods used to deliver a service or create a product, as well as the final deliverable itself. It typically outlines expectations for how work should be performed, the quality controls in place, and the characteristics the end product must meet. For example, it may specify that certain industry standards must be followed during manufacturing, or that the final product must pass specific tests before acceptance. This clause ensures that both the process and the outcome meet agreed-upon criteria, reducing the risk of disputes over quality or performance.
