Processes and Procedures. 7.2.1 ODOT will ensure that it has appropriate processes and procedures in place that provide for proactive and timely consultation, coordination, and communication with all appropriate Federal agencies in order to carry out any of the responsibilities assumed under this MOU, including the submission of all environmental impact statements together with comments and responses to the Environmental Protection Agency as required at 40 CFR 1506.9 and for EPA's review as required by section 309 of the Clean Air Act. These processes and procedures shall be formally documented. Such formal documentation may be in the form of a formal executed interagency agreement or in other such form as appropriate.
