Processing Accuracy Sample Clauses

The Processing Accuracy clause establishes the obligation for parties to ensure that any data processing activities are conducted with a high degree of correctness and precision. In practice, this means that data handlers must implement measures to minimize errors, regularly verify the accuracy of processed data, and promptly correct any inaccuracies that are discovered. This clause is essential for maintaining data integrity, reducing the risk of misinformation, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
