Processing by the Supplier. 1.1 Personal data will be processed by the Supplier to provide services to the Authority under this agreement. 1.2 The table lists the types of data notably personal and special category data to be shared, the data purposes and how the information will be shared securely. 1.3 Aggregated or anonymised data and other non-personal data such as management information, performance information may also be shared between the Parties to support the agreement and facilitate an effective working relationship. 1.4 Information shared must be fit for purpose meaning that it must be adequate, relevant, and not contain excessive detail which is beyond that required for the purpose. 1.5 The processing of personal data will continue throughout the duration of the agreement.
