Processing Costs Sample Clauses

The processing-costs clause defines how expenses related to the handling, management, or transformation of materials, data, or services are allocated between the parties. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for covering costs such as labor, equipment, or administrative fees incurred during the processing phase of a project or transaction. By clearly assigning financial responsibility, this clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected charges and ensures transparency in cost management.
