Common use of Processing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Processing Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Landlord’s cost of processing each proposed assignment or subletting, an amount equal to the sum of (i) Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ and other professional fees, plus (ii) the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($l,000.00) for the cost of Landlord’s administrative, accounting and clerical time, (collectively, “Processing Costs”), and the amount of all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred by Landlord arising from the assignee or sublessee taking occupancy of the subject space (including, without limitation, costs of freight elevator operation for moving of furnishings and trade fixtures, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s 's consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s 's estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s 's consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s 's estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s 's consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s 's estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancy.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of Landlord's actual, as Landlord’s reasonable cost of processing each proposed assignment or sublettingsubletting (including, an amount equal to the sum of (i) Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ and other professional feeswithout limitation, plus (ii) the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($l,000.00) for the cost of Landlord’s 's administrative, accounting and clerical time, (collectivelyand any attorneys' and other professional fees reasonably incurred by Landlord, “collectively "Processing Costs”"), and provided, however, that the Processing Costs shall not exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any single proposed assignment or subletting, together with the amount of all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred by Landlord arising from the assignee or sublessee taking occupancy of the subject space (including, without limitation, costs of freight elevator operation for moving of furnishings and trade fixtures, security service, janitorial and cleaning service, and rubbish removal service). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s 's consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s 's estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancyCosts.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Landlord shall not be required to process any request for Landlord’s consent to an assignment or subletting until Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount of Landlord’s estimate of the Processing Costs and all other direct and indirect costs and expenses of Landlord and its agents arising from the assignee or subtenant taking occupancy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the fee for Processing Costs for a transfer to an Affiliate under Paragraph 13(h) hereof shall be the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
