Processing Fees, Generally. All Entitlement Requests, Minor or Major Modification Requests and all other requests related to the development of the Community shall pay the fees as provided by the UDC.
Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.
Processing Fee ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay Purchaser the Processing Fee listed on the first page of this Agreement to reimburse Purchaser for expenses incurred in processing Merchant’s application, providing toll-free access to customer service representatives, filing and terminating UCC financing statement(s) against Merchant and fees that Purchaser pays any other person for referring Merchant to Purchaser and assisting with the origination of the sale of the Future Receipts. Purchaser will deduct the amount of the Processing Fee from the Purchase Price that is to be paid to Merchant.
Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit. 6.1.2 The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Amount Available for the Construction Contract identified in the Program of Requirements. 6.1.3 In multiple package projects, the Basic Services Fee for each package shall be determined in a manner agreed to by A/E and Owner. The Architect/Engineer’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all packages. 6.1.4 If the description of the Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee shall be adjusted equitably.
Facility Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 1 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 1 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 1 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 1 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall accrue commencing on August 15, 2021 to the end of the Availability Period, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect.
