Processing Payments. The amount of your requested bill payments will be deducted from your account (normally within two business days of the date that the payment is transmitted to the payee). You will receive a confir- mation number at the time of each transaction. Therefore, you must have sufficient funds available to cover your payment on the date in which the payment is scheduled to be issued. Bill payments are delivered to the payee either electronically, which may take up to five business days from the Scheduled Debit Date, or by check to those payees not set up to accept electronic pay- ments, which may take up to ten business days from the Scheduled Debit Date.
