Processing Terms. At all times that SpryPoint Processes, and/or has access to Personal Information/ Personal Data, SpryPoint shall (a) Process such Personal Information/ Personal Data only in accordance with Client’s documented instructions (b) not Sell (as defined under CCPA) Personal Information/ Personal Data, or retain, use, or disclose such Personal Information/ Personal Data (i) for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the Services or (ii) outside the direct business relationship between Client and SpryPoint.
