PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS. The Subrecipient may enter into any contract or procurement action authorized or necessary for the successful completion of this Agreement. All procurement actions and contracts other than incidental procurements shall be structured in accordance with applicable Sub-recipient policies and procedures and state and federal law relating to contracting by public agencies and according to 2 CFR 200.317-200.326 – Procurement.
