PROCUREMENT CODE. Park City shall procure each replacement vehicle in accordance with applicable provisions of the Utah Procurement Code, Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Code and any local procurement rules in Park City’s jurisdiction. 7 The cost of additional “optional” components or “add-ons” that significantly increase the cost of the vehicle may not be eligible for funding.
