Common use of Procurement from UN Agencies Clause in Contracts

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract as specified in the Procurement Plan may be procured directly from UNDP’s Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency Service Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and paragraph 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.
