The price of such Contract Products shall be firm, at the last pre-termination price, for the first five (5) years following the termination of such Agreement or obsolescence of such Contract Products, as applicable, except for and only to the extent changes are required by cost differences in packaging, or at the then current price offered by Supplier, whichever is lowest.
