Common use of Procurement of Small Works Clause in Contracts

Procurement of Small Works. Small works under Part B of the Project, including incidental materials and tools required therefor, shall be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation.
