(v) ISO 10007 “Quality management systems – Guidelines for configuration management”. (vi) BS25999-1:2006 “Code of Practice for Business Continuity Management” and, ISO/IEC 27031:2011, ISO 22301 and ISO/IEC 24762:2008 in the provision ITSC/DR plans (b) Environmental Standards (i) BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard or equivalent. (ii) Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or equivalent) and Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or equivalent). (c) Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Standards (i) PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies or equivalent methodology (d) Risk Management Standards (i) ISO 31000:2009, Risk management – Principles and guidelines (ii) ISO/IEC 31010:2009, Risk management – Risk assessment techniques (e) Infrastructure Safety Standards (i) BS EN 60950-1:2006+A12:2011 or subsequent replacements for hardware.
