Common use of Procurements Clause in Contracts

Recipient shall make purchases of any equipment, materials, or services for the Project under procedures that comply with Oregon law, including all applicable provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code, Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 279 A, B, and C, and rules, ensuring that: i. All applicable clauses required by federal statute, executive orders and their implementing regulations are included in each competitive procurement; and i. All procurement transactions are conducted in a manner providing full and open competition.

In addition, the Recipient shall: i. obtain approval from State, prior to solicitation, of any procurements for rolling stock, facilities and personal services for any amount, and all procurements for an amount greater than $100,000.
