Common use of Procurements Clause in Contracts

Procurements. Subrecipient shall make purchases of any equipment, materials, or services for the Project under procedures that comply with Oregon law, including all applicable provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code and rules. Procurements of rolling stock, facilities and personal services for any amount, and all procurements for an amount greater than $100,000 must be approved by the State of Oregon prior to solicitation.
