Any procurement undertaken with funds authorized by this Agreement must comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. §200, Part D—Post Federal Award Requirements—Procurement Standards (2 C.F.R. §§200.317 through 200.326). The Sub-Recipient shall have its offices open for business, with the entrance door open to the public, and at least one employee on site, from: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday Thru Friday, as applicable.
