Product Allocation. If the event of Force Majeure results in an allocation of the supply of Product, Seller shall allocate on a pro rata basis to all of Seller's customers, including Buyer.

Upon the refusal or failure to enter into a commission modification agreement, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration as provided in Agreement paragraph 12.00 entitled “Settlement of Disputes”.
