Product Images. Any and all images are the property of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and may not be used for retail, social media accounts, etc. without prior written approval.
Product Images. Supplier shall provide ByTheOlive with one or more digital product images for each product listed on the Product Information Form. All product images supplied to ByTheOlive remain the exclusive property of Supplier or their respective owners. ByTheOlive may post the images on the Site, but may not use them for any purpose other than to gain sales which will be given to Supplier. Supplier represents and warrants: (1) that Supplier is the owner of, and/or is authorized to permit ByTheOlive’s use of, each product image Supplier delivers to ByTheOlive; and (2) that the product images provided by Supplier will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Supplier's indemnity herein shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Product Images. Black Helmet Apparel will make available images that you might require for your print and online presence. Should you require any additional images, please contact us. Any imagery you provide yourself must be approved prior to use (please allow adequate lead-time for approval; two weeks is recommended).
Product Images. Distributor will only use images provided by VE unless approved in writing by ▇▇. In addition, Distributor will maintain a high quality website appearance as determined by VE management if the Distributor desires to maintain a website.
