Product or Service Conformity Sample Clauses

The Product or Service Conformity clause establishes that the goods or services provided must meet specified standards, requirements, or descriptions outlined in the contract. In practice, this means the supplier is obligated to deliver products that match agreed-upon specifications or services that fulfill defined performance criteria, such as quality benchmarks or regulatory compliance. This clause ensures that the buyer receives what was promised and provides a basis for recourse if the delivered products or services are non-conforming, thereby protecting the buyer’s interests and maintaining quality assurance.
Product or Service Conformity. Seller must ensure that personnel have the appropriate skills and experience to handle and process the product or service conformity throughout the performance of this contract.
