Product Serial Numbers. At or prior to the Principal Closing, Intergraph shall furnish to USI a block of not less than 100,000 serial numbers, assigned in accordance with Intergraph's Gen Key internal system, which the Acquiring Entities may assign following such Closing to the products of the Business. The Selling Entities will not use any of such serial numbers assigned to USI for any purpose following the Principal Closing.
