Product Specific Terms and Conditions. The Products governed by this Agreement may be supplied by various Supplier companies and divisions located in several different jurisdictions. From time to time the supply of an individual Product may require terms and conditions specific to such Product which terms and conditions shall be set forth in Exhibit A for the relevant Product.
