Production Data. Subcontractor shall provide the DCSEU and DOEE with direct access to the production data for each CREF within 14 calendar days of the Commercial Operation Date to enable the DCSEU to track and verify the electricity output. To satisfy this requirement, Subcontractor shall provide, at the sole discretion of the DCSEU and DOEE, the login credentials (or other agreed upon means of direct access) for each CREF inverter or the login credentials (or other agreed upon means of direct access) to a solar production monitoring system connected to an automated, revenue-grade solar production meter for each CREF that meets or exceeds SREC requirements.
