Production definitively discontinued. If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture the type of vehicle approved in accordance with the Regulation, he shall so inform the Type Approval Authority which granted the approval. Upon receiving the relevant communication that Authority shall inform thereof the other Parties to the 1958 Agreement applying this Regulation by means of a copy of the approval form bearing at the end, in large letters, the signed and dated annotation "PRODUCTION DISCONTINUED". Paragraph 11., shall be deleted Paragraph 12. (former), renumber as paragraph 11. Insert new paragraphs 12. to 12.5., to read:
