Common use of Production Monitor Clause in Contracts

Production Monitor. During installation or at any time thereafter during the Term, you agree to allow Installer to install and maintain a production monitoring system that will allow Installer, DOEE, and their staff and authorized designees remote access through a wireless connection to monitor and analyze the historic and real-time performance of your PV System (the “Production Monitor”). The Production Monitor will inform Installer and DOEE staff when the system is off- line and will collect data about your PV System production (“Performance Data”) to help ensure the PV System’s is performing correctly.
