Production of Relevant Information. The Participants should encourage the governments of all Agency Participating Countries to make available or to identify to a designated Subtask Leader all published or otherwise freely available information known to them that is relevant to the Task. The Participants should notify the designated Subtask Leader of all pre-existing information, and information developed independently of the Task, known to them which is relevant to the Task and which can be made available to the Task without contractual or legal limitations.
