Production Operating Teams. Administration of this Agreement will be accomplished by the establishment of three "Production Operating Teams," to include the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Production Operating Team, the Tampa Production Operating Team and the Mountain Home Production Operating Team. The Production Operating Teams will consist of representatives from each of Newco and Baxter, who typically would include the individuals identified in Schedule -------- 3, or other persons of an appropriate level of authority and responsibility. Each party will select representatives and shall notify the other party of such selections and any changes thereto. The Production Operating Teams will meet in person or by teleconference at least once in each calendar quarter to review the progress of Newco and Baxter in the execution of this Agreement and to develop, review and agree on specific plans and programs designed to assure that Baxter can fulfill orders placed by Newco. Each Production Operating Team will develop a process to agree upon short-term and long-term forecasts, orders and production planning schedules and to conduct any other business to discharge its responsibilities pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Regardless of the number of representatives selected by each of Newco and Baxter for service on any of the Production Operating Teams, the representatives of each party shall have, in the aggregate, a single vote in all matters to be decided by any

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: • provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; • perform all terminations; and • supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 5.1.1 The SPG shall give PGVCL at least thirty (30) days’ advanced preliminary written notice and at least fifteen (15) days’ advanced final written notice, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Solar Power Project to the Grid System. 5.1.2 Subject to Article 5.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the SPG to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in applicable Grid Code then in effect and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 5.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including RTU for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the SPG at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The SPG shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of synchronization scheme is granted by the head of the concerned substation/ and checking/verification is made by the concerned authorities of the PGVCL. 5.1.4 The SPG shall immediately after each synchronization/tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. In addition, the SPG will inject in-firm power to grid from time to time to carry out operational/ functional test prior to commercial operation. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Synchronization / Connectivity of the Project with the grid shall not to be considered as Commissioning of the Project. 5.1.5 The SPG shall commission the Project within nine (9) Months from the Date of execution of this PPA. Declaration of COD shall be certified by the commissioning committee. 5.1.6 The Parties agree that for the purpose of commencement of the supply of electricity by SPG to PGVCL, liquidated damages for delay etc., the Scheduled Commissioning Date as defined in this Agreement shall be the relevant date.
