Common use of Production Report and Lease Operating Statements Clause in Contracts

Production Report and Lease Operating Statements. Concurrently with any delivery of a Reserve Report under Section 8.12, (i) a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Guarantors, and (ii) a report setting forth, for each calendar quarter during the then current fiscal year to date, the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable to such production and incurred for each such calendar quarter.

Concurrently with any (or prior to) the delivery of a Reserve Report financial statements under Section 8.128.01(a) and Section 8.01(b), (i) a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the GuarantorsGuarantors and of the Alpha Shale Group, and (ii) a report setting forth, for each calendar quarter during the then current fiscal year to date, forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable to such production thereto and incurred for each such calendar quartermonth.
