Productive Environment. The Board and the Association understand that mutual respect and appropriate communication are integral to maintaining a productive learning and working environment. Harassment, intimidation, menacing, bullying, or retaliation by Employer and/or District Employees shall not be tolerated. The Board, the Administration, and the Association agree to work collaboratively to ensure that a productive environment is maintained for all.
