PROFESSIONAL CONCERNS. 1. Parents/guardians or students who express professional concerns about a teacher will be encouraged to speak directly to the teacher. 2. The teacher will be advised of specific professional concerns, and will be notified if any documentation is accepted by the employer and placed in the teacher’s school file regarding those same professional concerns that have been raised by a parent/guardian or student where it has been determined that follow-up is required. Teachers have the right to access their school files as per C.36.
